Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2001 Christies in Tel Aviv held the auction 19TH & 20TH CENTURY ART, which included the work Still Life with Flowers (recto and verso) by Anna Ticho. The price achieved of USD 6,815.00 (€ 7,679.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anna Ticho - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Jerusalem Hills, which sold at auction in April 2006 for USD 33,600.00 (€ 26,615.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2001 führte Christies in Tel Aviv die Auktion 19TH & 20TH CENTURY ART durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life with Flowers (recto and verso) von Anna Ticho zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.815,00 (€ 7.679,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Anna Ticho mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Jerusalem Hills beobachtet, die im April 2006 für USD 33.600,00 (€ 26.615,97) versteigert wurde.
