In October this year Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm held the auction Northern Light - the Artists' Colony at Skagen, which included the work A mother feeding her child by Anna Ancher. The »bidding war« ended at DKK 12,500.00 (€ 1,674.87), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anna Ancher achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Little girls having a tea party in Nordstuen (the north-facing living room) in Anchers' house on Markvej, Skagen in December this year with an auction result of DKK 550,000.00 (€ 73,784.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm die Auktion Northern Light - the Artists' Colony at Skagen durch, in der auch die Arbeit A mother feeding her child von Anna Ancher zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von DKK 12.500,00 (€ 1.674,87) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anna Ancher erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Little girls having a tea party in Nordstuen (the north-facing living room) in Anchers' house on Markvej, Skagen im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 550.000,00 (€ 73.784,13).
