However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anju Chaudhuri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Le Vent; Untitled, which sold at auction in May 2008 for GBP 9,375.00 (€ 11,925.41).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.840,00 (€ 5.650,82) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Anju Chaudhuri mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Le Vent; Untitled beobachtet, die im Mai 2008 für GBP 9.375,00 (€ 11.925,41) versteigert wurde.
