This artwork by Angus Fairhurst achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March 2019. In the The George Michael Collection Online Auction auction, the work without title sold for GBP 32,500.00 (€ 37,721.77) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 18,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Angus Fairhurst - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Couple of Differences Between Thinking and Feeling II, which sold at auction in March 2019 for GBP 118,750.00 (€ 137,829.53).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Angus Fairhurst erzielte im März 2019 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The George Michael Collection Online Auction wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 32.500,00 (€ 37.721,77) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 18.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Angus Fairhurst mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Couple of Differences Between Thinking and Feeling II beobachtet, die im März 2019 für GBP 118.750,00 (€ 137.829,53) versteigert wurde.
