Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Angelo Morbelli achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in November this year. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Cortile assolato sold for EUR 13,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Angelo Morbelli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vecchie Calzette in December 2016 with an auction result of GBP 341,000.00 (€ 398,684.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Angelo Morbelli erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Cortile assolato für EUR 13.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Angelo Morbelli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vecchie Calzette im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 341.000,00 (€ 398.684,33).
