Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2009 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Old Master Paintings, 19th C Paintings, Furniture and Works of Art, which included the work San Marco by Angelo Brombo. It changed hands for a price of EUR 7,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Angelo Brombo have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2007 the work Fishing vessels on a Venetian backwater was auctioned for GBP 6,000.00 (€ 8,831.31).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2009 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Old Master Paintings, 19th C Paintings, Furniture and Works of Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit San Marco von Angelo Brombo zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 7.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Angelo Brombo konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2007 die Arbeit Fishing vessels on a Venetian backwater für GBP 6.000,00 (€ 8.831,31) versteigert.
