Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Andy Denzler could be acquired at Phillips in London in December 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the New Now auction, the work Liquid Sky changed hands for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,341.48) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andy Denzler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Whisper Noise II in March last year with an auction result of GBP 176,400.00 (€ 209,142.05).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Andy Denzler konnte im Dezember 2019 bei Phillips in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion New Now wechselte die Arbeit Liquid Sky für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 10.341,48) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Andy Denzler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Whisper Noise II im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 176.400,00 (€ 209.142,05).
