Auction result misses estimated price range

This work of art by Andrew F. Affleck could be acquired at Christies in London in December 2004 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British and Continental Watercolours including Original Book auction, the work Stirling Castle changed hands for GBP 83.65 (€ 118.39) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Andrew F. Affleck - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Into Harbor, which sold at auction in December 2008 for USD 625.00 (€ 449.03).

Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne

Dieses Kunstwerk von Andrew F. Affleck konnte im Dezember 2004 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion British and Continental Watercolours including Original Book wechselte die Arbeit Stirling Castle für GBP 83,65 (€ 118,39) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Andrew F.
