Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2004 Christies in Rome held the auction DIPINTI E DISEGNI ANTICHI, which included the work Cattura di Cristo by Andrea Vaccaro. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 22,320.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andrea Vaccaro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lot And His Daughters in December 2012 with an auction result of GBP 289,250.00 (€ 356,725.58).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2004 führte Christies in Rom die Auktion DIPINTI E DISEGNI ANTICHI durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cattura di Cristo von Andrea Vaccaro zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 22.320,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Andrea Vaccaro erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lot And His Daughters im Dezember 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 289.250,00 (€ 356.725,58).
