Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Andrea Tavernier could be acquired at Sothebys in Milan in June 2008 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture auction, the work Paesaggio Abruzzese changed hands for EUR 12,500.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andrea Tavernier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Gli effimeri in April 2014 with an auction result of EUR 150,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Andrea Tavernier konnte im Juni 2008 bei Sothebys in Mailand für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture wechselte die Arbeit Paesaggio Abruzzese für EUR 12.500,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Andrea Tavernier erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Gli effimeri im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 150.000,00.
