Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2012 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Composizione by Andrea Cascella. The price achieved of EUR 2,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,800.00 – 2,400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andrea Cascella achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dedalo in April 2019 with an auction result of EUR 175,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2012 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composizione von Andrea Cascella zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.800,00 – 2.400,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Andrea Cascella erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dedalo im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 175.000,00.
