This artwork by Andrea Cascella achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in May this year. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Monumento al Pescatore sold for EUR 14,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andrea Cascella achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dedalo in April 2019 with an auction result of EUR 175,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 75 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Andrea Cascella erzielte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Monumento al Pescatore für EUR 14.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Andrea Cascella erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dedalo im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 175.000,00.
