In October 2008 Christies in Paris held the auction Intérieurs, which included the work Moulin sur Morin by André Planson. The result of EUR 1,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by André Planson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Baignade in September 2004 with an auction result of USD 11,950.00 (€ 9,623.90).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2008 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Intérieurs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Moulin sur Morin von André Planson zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von André Planson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Baignade im September 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 11.950,00 (€ 9.623,90).
