Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,250.00. Admittedly, works by André Marchand have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work L'otage in September 2010 with an auction result of EUR 13,750.00.

Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen

Die Arbeit Les mouettes sur la mer von André Marchand wurde im September 2010 in der Auktion Intérieurs bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von André Marchand auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit L'otage im September 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.750,00.
