Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bouquet d'anémones sur fond rouge by André Dunoyer De Segonzac was auctioned at Christies in New York in December 2020. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 17,500.00 (€ 14,309.08) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by André Dunoyer De Segonzac have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Table Rouge in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 132,000.00 (€ 99,540.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bouquet d'anémones sur fond rouge von André Dunoyer De Segonzac kam im Dezember 2020 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 15.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 14.309,08) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von André Dunoyer De Segonzac auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Table Rouge im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 132.000,00 (€ 99.540,00).
