The result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 43,544.52) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 60,000.00 – 90,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by André Dubreuil - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Unique Pair Of Commodes, Circa 2001, which sold at auction in June 2021 for USD 200,000.00 (€ 168,804.86).

Die Arbeit Unique “Tabernacle” cabinet von André Dubreuil kam im Dezember 2013 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 60.000,00 (€ 43.544,52) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 60.000,00 – 90.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von André Dubreuil mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Unique Pair Of Commodes, Circa 2001 beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für USD 200.000,00 (€ 168.804,86) versteigert wurde.
