Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Spine" chair by André Dubreuil was sold in the The Betty Lee and Aaron Stern Collection auction at Phillips in New York in December 2013. Here, the upper estimate of USD 9,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 9,375.00 (€ 6,803.83). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by André Dubreuil achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Unique Pair Of Commodes, Circa 2001 in June 2021 with an auction result of USD 200,000.00 (€ 168,804.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Spine" chair von André Dubreuil wurde im Dezember 2013 in der Auktion The Betty Lee and Aaron Stern Collection bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 9.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 9.375,00 (€ 6.803,83) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von André Dubreuil erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Unique Pair Of Commodes, Circa 2001 im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 200.000,00 (€ 168.804,86).
