It achieved a price of CHF 8,875.00 (€ 8,156.37), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 61%. Admittedly, works by André Bauchant have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Festival Du Village in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 53,125.00 (€ 36,953.95).

Die Arbeit Les Sittelles (Die Kleiber), 1931 von André Bauchant kam im September 2019 bei Christies in Zürich zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von CHF 8.875,00 (€ 8.156,37) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 61%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von André Bauchant auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Festival Du Village im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 53.125,00 (€ 36.953,95).
