Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Gathering In The Woods by Anatoly Slepyshev was auctioned at Sothebys in Olympia in June 2007. The price achieved of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 8,903.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anatoly Slepyshev - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Dream, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 22,100.00 (€ 30,945.72).

Die Arbeit Gathering In The Woods von Anatoly Slepyshev kam im Juni 2007 bei Sothebys in Olympia zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.000,00 (€ 8.903,70) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Anatoly Slepyshev mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Dream beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 22.100,00 (€ 30.945,72) versteigert wurde.
