In June 2019 Christies in London held the auction South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art, which included the work Game Over by Amjad Ali Talpur. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,496.59), 60% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Amjad Ali Talpur; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Game Over sold at auction in September 2007 with the realized price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,274.63).

Im Juni 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Game Over von Amjad Ali Talpur zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.496,59) und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Amjad Ali Talpur; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Game Over im September 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.274,63).
