Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Venditore di tappeti by Amadeo Preziosi for EUR 700.00. This price was achieved in the auction 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Amadeo Preziosi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Album de 79 vues de Malte, Italie, France, Bulgarie, Roumanie et Turquie in March 2004 with an auction result of EUR 228,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Venditore di tappeti von Amadeo Preziosi für EUR 700,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Amadeo Preziosi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Album de 79 vues de Malte, Italie, France, Bulgarie, Roumanie et Turquie im März 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 228.250,00.
