Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Gathering wood at a forest pool by Alois Arnegger was sold in the Nineteenth Century European Art auction at Christies in London in September 2007. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 2,125.00 (€ 3,047.09). Admittedly, works by Alois Arnegger have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bucht Picolla Marina. in March 2007 with an auction result of CHF 24,000.00 (€ 14,797.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Gathering wood at a forest pool von Alois Arnegger wurde im September 2007 in der Auktion Nineteenth Century European Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 2.125,00 (€ 3.047,09) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alois Arnegger auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bucht Picolla Marina. im März 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 24.000,00 (€ 14.797,67).
