Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Rural Lane by Allan Thomas Bernaldo was auctioned at Christies in Sydney in August 2003. Here, the upper estimate of AUD 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for AUD 1,292.50 (€ 763.55). Admittedly, works by Allan Thomas Bernaldo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Draught Horses With Stockmen in November 2004 with an auction result of AUD 9,560.00 (€ 5,568.44).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Rural Lane von Allan Thomas Bernaldo kam im August 2003 bei Christies in Sydney zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von AUD 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für AUD 1.292,50 (€ 763,55) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Allan Thomas Bernaldo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Draught Horses With Stockmen im November 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von AUD 9.560,00 (€ 5.568,44).
