The work Untitled (Landscape) by Allah Bux was sold in the South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art auction at Christies in New York in March 2019. The »bidding war« ended at USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,492.34), 38% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Allah Bux - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Flame Of Love, which sold at auction in December 2015 for INR 6,225,000.00 (€ 86,561.84).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Landscape) von Allah Bux wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 24.492,34) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Allah Bux mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Flame Of Love beobachtet, die im Dezember 2015 für INR 6.225.000,00 (€ 86.561,84) versteigert wurde.
