Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2017 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work BENCH AT THE CLINIC by Alixe Fu. The price achieved of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,563.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 100,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alixe Fu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Two scarecrows in May 2019 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 37,196.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2017 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit BENCH AT THE CLINIC von Alixe Fu zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.563,99) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alixe Fu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Two scarecrows im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 37.196,16).
