A top price for Ali Teoman Germaner - as previously expected
In April 2011 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art/ Turkish, which included this untitled work by Ali Teoman Germaner. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,077.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Ali Teoman Germaner that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im April 2011 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art/ Turkish durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ali Teoman Germaner zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.077,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ali Teoman Germaner, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
