Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Ali Mokawas was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in October 2013. It changed hands for a price of USD 18,750.00 (€ 13,792.85) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Ali Mokawas have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2008 the work The Travelling of The Tree was auctioned for USD 22,500.00 (€ 14,452.72).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ali Mokawas kam im Oktober 2013 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 13.792,85) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Ali Mokawas konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2008 die Arbeit The Travelling of The Tree für USD 22.500,00 (€ 14.452,72) versteigert.
