Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February 2021 Bonhams in London held the auction The Gentleman's Library Sale, which included the work A bronze model of heron catching a frog by Alfred Jacquemart. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 612.00 (€ 705.83), 22% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred Jacquemart achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Deux chiens assis in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 10,625.00 (€ 7,233.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar 2021 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion The Gentleman's Library Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit A bronze model of heron catching a frog von Alfred Jacquemart zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 612,00 (€ 705,83) und damit 22% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfred Jacquemart erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Deux chiens assis im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.625,00 (€ 7.233,80).
