In November 2018 Christies in London held the auction Annabel's, which included the work Le Chevauchée du matin by Alfred Dedreux. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 100,000.00 (€ 112,796.96), 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred Dedreux achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Return in May 2005 with an auction result of GBP 848,000.00 (€ 1,251,914.16).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 67 % übertroffen
Im November 2018 führte Christies in London die Auktion Annabel's durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Chevauchée du matin von Alfred Dedreux zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 100.000,00 (€ 112.796,96) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfred Dedreux erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Return im Mai 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 848.000,00 (€ 1.251.914,16).
