In November 2006 Christies in London held the auction British and Continental Watercolours, which included the work View of St. Peter'S, Rome (Illustrated); And View of The Cathedral At Cordoba by Alfred Charles Conrade. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,020.00 (€ 1,514.73), 28% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Alfred Charles Conrade have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Palace of Sargon At Khorsabad, Egypt (Illustrated); And Figures Before The Entrance To An Egyptian Temple in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 5,040.00 (€ 7,484.56).

Im November 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion British and Continental Watercolours durch, in der auch die Arbeit View of St. Peter'S, Rome (Illustrated); And View of The Cathedral At Cordoba von Alfred Charles Conrade zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.020,00 (€ 1.514,73) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
