Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2013 Artcurial held the auction Orientalism, which included the work La Caravane by Alexis Auguste Delahogue. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 18,186.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexis Auguste Delahogue - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lavandières Et Porteur D'Eaualexis Delahogue ; Washerwomen By The River And Water Carrier ; Signed And Dated Lower Right 1925 ; Oil On Canvas, which sold at auction in March 2011 for EUR 36,750.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2013 führte Artcurial die Auktion Orientalism durch, in der auch die Arbeit La Caravane von Alexis Auguste Delahogue zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 18.186,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Alexis Auguste Delahogue mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lavandières Et Porteur D'Eaualexis Delahogue ; Washerwomen By The River And Water Carrier ; Signed And Dated Lower Right 1925 ; Oil On Canvas beobachtet, die im März 2011 für EUR 36.750,00 versteigert wurde.
