In June 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Two Girls with a Basket of Apples by Alexei Alexeevich Harlamoff. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 226,800.00 (€ 264,280.96), 51% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexei Alexeevich Harlamoff - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Arrangement, which sold at auction in November 2008 for GBP 713,250.00 (€ 862,372.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 51 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two Girls with a Basket of Apples von Alexei Alexeevich Harlamoff zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 226.800,00 (€ 264.280,96) und damit 51% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Alexei Alexeevich Harlamoff mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Arrangement beobachtet, die im November 2008 für GBP 713.250,00 (€ 862.372,85) versteigert wurde.
