Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait of a Girl by Alexei Alexeevich Harlamoff was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2021. The price achieved of GBP 35,280.00 (€ 41,422.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexei Alexeevich Harlamoff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Arrangement in November 2008 with an auction result of GBP 713,250.00 (€ 862,372.85).
