Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Jean Mermoz dit Le vent by Alexandre Kelety was sold in the Didier Ludot & Félix Farrington Collection auction at Artcurial in Paris in November last year. The price achieved of EUR 918.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexandre Kelety - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work David, which sold at auction in September 2014 for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,532.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Jean Mermoz dit Le vent von Alexandre Kelety wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Didier Ludot & Félix Farrington Collection bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 918,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Alexandre Kelety mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit David beobachtet, die im September 2014 für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.532,23) versteigert wurde.
