Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 720.00 (€ 1,048.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Alexandre Jacob have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Wintertag an der Seine bei Asnières in May 2013 with an auction result of EUR 7,740.00.

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexandre Jacob auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Wintertag an der Seine bei Asnières im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.740,00.
