Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2020 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & XIXth Century Art, which included the work Contrebassiste Et Violoniste by Alexandre Charpentier. The price achieved of EUR 2,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexandre Charpentier - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Narcisse, which sold at auction in June 2021 for EUR 6,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2020 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & XIXth Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Contrebassiste Et Violoniste von Alexandre Charpentier zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Alexandre Charpentier mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Narcisse beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für EUR 6.500,00 versteigert wurde.
