Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Wine Taster 50 3/4 x 30 1/2 x 18 1/2 in. (128.0 x 77.5 x 47.0 cm) by Alexandra Nechita was auctioned at Bonhams in March this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,570.00 (€ 3,283.66). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexandra Nechita - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sky Diver II 60 x 36 in. (152.4 x 91.4 cm) framed 67 1/2 x 43 1/2 x 3 3/4 in., which sold at auction in March this year for USD 10,200.00 (€ 9,381.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Wine Taster 50 3/4 x 30 1/2 x 18 1/2 in. (128.0 x 77.5 x 47.0 cm) von Alexandra Nechita kam im März diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.570,00 (€ 3.283,66) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Alexandra Nechita mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sky Diver II 60 x 36 in. (152.4 x 91.4 cm) framed 67 1/2 x 43 1/2 x 3 3/4 in. beobachtet, die im März diesen Jahres für USD 10.200,00 (€ 9.381,90) versteigert wurde.
