Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Alexandr Victorovich Moravov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2021. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Children in the Snow sold for GBP 45,360.00 (€ 53,256.91) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 18,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Alexandr Victorovich Moravov; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot 'At the watering place' sold at auction in November 2020 with the realized price of GBP 69,000.00 (€ 77,027.28).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alexandr Victorovich Moravov erzielte im November 2021 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit Children in the Snow für GBP 45.360,00 (€ 53.256,91) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 18.000,00.
