Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Paintings, which included the work La Rue Moufftard by Alexandre Serebriakoff. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 6,320.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexandre Serebriakoff have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ensemble De Six Panneaux Trompe L'Oeil in September 2012 with an auction result of EUR 46,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2008 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit La Rue Moufftard von Alexandre Serebriakoff zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 6.320,17) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexandre Serebriakoff auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ensemble De Six Panneaux Trompe L'Oeil im September 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 46.600,00.
