Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Gunnar W. Lundberg's Dining Room by Alexandre Serebriakoff was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in June 2021. The price achieved of GBP 3,528.00 (€ 4,111.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexandre Serebriakoff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ensemble De Six Panneaux Trompe L'Oeil in September 2012 with an auction result of EUR 46,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Gunnar W. Lundberg's Dining Room von Alexandre Serebriakoff wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.528,00 (€ 4.111,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexandre Serebriakoff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ensemble De Six Panneaux Trompe L'Oeil im September 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 46.600,00.
