This artwork by Alex achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2011. In the Street Art auction, the work La Cicatrice, 2008 sold for EUR 5,993.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Alex; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Takeshi Kitano, 2011-2012 sold at auction in January 2013 with the realized price of EUR 7,079.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Alex erzielte im März 2011 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Street Art wurde die Arbeit La Cicatrice, 2008 für EUR 5.993,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Alex; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Takeshi Kitano, 2011-2012 im Januar 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 7.079,00.
