This artwork by Alex Smadja achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in February 2008. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work Sans Titre sold for EUR 1,487.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 800.00. Admittedly, works by Alex Smadja have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Composition, 1958 in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 6,196.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Alex Smadja erzielte im Februar 2008 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre für EUR 1.487,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alex Smadja auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Composition, 1958 im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.196,00.
