This artwork by Alberto Pasini achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December this year. In the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Scena orientale sold for EUR 450.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 240.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alberto Pasini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mercato in Oriente in October 2008 with an auction result of USD 1,142,500.00 (€ 900,883.14).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Alberto Pasini erzielte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures wurde die Arbeit Scena orientale für EUR 450,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 240,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alberto Pasini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mercato in Oriente im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.142.500,00 (€ 900.883,14).
