Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year Bonhams in London held the auction Orientalist Art, which included the work Beicos - via tra Beicos e il Bosforo, Instanbul by Alberto Pasini. The price achieved of GBP 16,640.00 (€ 19,107.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alberto Pasini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mercato in Oriente in October 2008 with an auction result of USD 1,142,500.00 (€ 900,883.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Orientalist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Beicos - via tra Beicos e il Bosforo, Instanbul von Alberto Pasini zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 16.640,00 (€ 19.107,34) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alberto Pasini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mercato in Oriente im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.142.500,00 (€ 900.883,14).
