Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2020 Sothebys in New York held the auction European Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture, which included the work An Arab Caravan by Alberto Pasini. It changed hands for a price of USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,551.35) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alberto Pasini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mercato in Oriente in October 2008 with an auction result of USD 1,142,500.00 (€ 900,883.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2020 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion European Paintings, Drawings & Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit An Arab Caravan von Alberto Pasini zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.551,35) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alberto Pasini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mercato in Oriente im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.142.500,00 (€ 900.883,14).
