Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Il fumatore by Alberto Martini was sold in the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction at Il Ponte in April 2012. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alberto Martini have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work André Breton in March this year with an auction result of EUR 35,655.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Il fumatore von Alberto Martini wurde im April 2012 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.000,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alberto Martini auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit André Breton im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 35.655,00.
