Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Senza Titolo by Alberto Garutti was sold in the ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA auction at Christies in Milan in November 2005. It changed hands for a price of EUR 4,960.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,500.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alberto Garutti - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in June 2010 for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,640.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Senza Titolo von Alberto Garutti wurde im November 2005 in der Auktion ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 4.960,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.500,00 – 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Alberto Garutti mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Juni 2010 für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 10.640,81) versteigert wurde.
