Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work Storytime by Albert Raudnitz for USD 4,780.00 (€ 3,888.71). This price was achieved in the auction THE HOUSE SALE at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Albert Raudnitz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Preliminaries of peace in June 2003 with an auction result of GBP 19,975.00 (€ 28,705.16).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2004 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Storytime von Albert Raudnitz für USD 4.780,00 (€ 3.888,71) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion THE HOUSE SALE bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Albert Raudnitz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Preliminaries of peace im Juni 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 19.975,00 (€ 28.705,16).
