Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2015 Christies in New York held the auction The I.Q. van Regteren Altena Collection Part IV, which included the work View of Genazzano with Castello Colonna and its aqueduct by Albert Meijeringh. The price achieved of EUR 1,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Other works by Albert Meijeringh have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2014 the work An Italianate Wooded River Landscape With A Castle On A Hill was auctioned for EUR 2,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2015 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The I.Q. van Regteren Altena Collection Part IV durch, in der auch die Arbeit View of Genazzano with Castello Colonna and its aqueduct von Albert Meijeringh zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.200,00 – 1.800,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Albert Meijeringh konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2014 die Arbeit An Italianate Wooded River Landscape With A Castle On A Hill für EUR 2.250,00 versteigert.
