Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2015 Christies in New York held the auction The I.Q. van Regteren Altena Collection Part IV, which included the work A fantasy landscape with rocks, buildings and a river passing through a valley by Albert Meijeringh. The price achieved of EUR 1,375.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Other works by Albert Meijeringh have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2014 the work An Italianate Wooded River Landscape With A Castle On A Hill was auctioned for EUR 2,250.00.

Im Mai 2015 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The I.Q. van Regteren Altena Collection Part IV durch, in der auch die Arbeit A fantasy landscape with rocks, buildings and a river passing through a valley von Albert Meijeringh zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.375,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.200,00 – 1.800,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Albert Meijeringh konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2014 die Arbeit An Italianate Wooded River Landscape With A Castle On A Hill für EUR 2.250,00 versteigert.
